Full Body Cross Training

Get ready to push your limits and transform your body from head to toe. Our Full-Body Crosstraining class is a high-energy, sweat-dripping session designed to build strength, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness. You’ll move through a dynamic mix of cardio, resistance training, core work, and functional movements—no muscle gets left behind.

 

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, this class meets you where you are and challenges you to level up. Expect a fast-paced, supportive environment where every rep counts and every drop of sweat brings results.


Class times:

Monday - Friday: 5am, 6am, 7am, 10:30am | 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm (except Friday)

Saturday - Sunday: 10:30am

TTT Legs & Glutes

This is your go-to class for serious lower body gains. Led by a knowledgeable coach , our Legs & Glutes Strength class is all about building muscle, increasing power, and shaping strong, defined legs and glutes. Expect a focused mix of compound lifts, targeted isolation work, and progressive overload techniques designed to help you see and feel results.

 

With expert guidance on form, tempo, and technique, this class is perfect for anyone looking to level up their lower body training in a structured, supportive environment.

TTT Upper Body

Build a powerful upper body with focused training designed to sculpt your chest, arms, shoulders, and back. This guided class is all about muscle development—combining smart programming with expert coaching to help you push past plateaus and build real strength.

 

Led by one of our coaches who prioritizes form, technique, and progressive overload, you’ll move through a mix of compound lifts and targeted isolation exercises to maximize results. Whether you’re working toward definition or serious size, this class is your upper body game-changer.
